(a) Choose AWS standard license contract or (b) Add your custom license to S3 bucket:
First we tried to submit with our license simply hosted as webpage under our website. It was failed. What we’ve done is uploaded it via S3, details below.

The fix is:
1. Create a bucket ethora-marketplace-legal in us-east-1.
2. Upload ETHORA_CORE_LICENSE.pdf from the same folder as ethora-core-license-v1.0.pdf.
3. Apply a bucket policy that lets assets.marketplace.amazonaws.com read it. The bucket stays otherwise private.
4. In the portal, set the custom EULA URL to:
https://ethora-marketplace-legal.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/ethora-core-license-v1.0.pdf

AWS Marketplace wants the custom EULA as a PDF in an S3 bucket its service can read.
Run these (aws login done), in the relevant account:
